I’m Ivan, and this is My Passion
Hello, fellow dog trainers!
I’m Ivan, the owner of Dog Virtuoso, my dog training business, and the creator of Dog Homeskool.
I never thought I would end up building software for dog trainers. I started in New York City with a dog walking business that worked with mostly reactive dogs nobody else wanted to walk.
That shaped a lot of how I think about training, owner follow-through, and the real-world mess that happens between sessions.
Years later, I became a certified professional dog trainer and built my own training business. My work includes emotional regulation, service dogs, reactivity, scent games and a lot of owner coaching.

Like most trainers, I got tired of hearing, “We practiced.”
That was too vague. Practiced what? How many reps? What did the dog’s body language look like? Was there video?
I built Dog Homeskool for my own business because I needed a better way to send dog training homework, build lesson plans, track practice, and make client accountability simple.
Dog Homeskool is dog training software built by a working dog trainer, not a random tech company guessing what trainers need.
It is not here to replace your training style. You keep your methods, your language, your brand, and your client relationships.
